Adding observations or specimens
You can add an individual record to the DDb by clicking on New > Record (observation or specimen)

This will bring up the new record screen. From here you can enter the taxon, date, locality, people (recorder/collector and determiner), any attributes, notes, reference, images, record status and type of record (observation by default).

If you are adding multiple recorders, please add them as separate items. To do this, use the + button in the people panel highlighted with a red arrow below:

Adding null records
If you want to enter a null record, set record status to looked for but not found and provide an id comment indicating the area of search/methodology.
