Search history
You do not have to wait for queries to run - results can be retrieved via search history. Therefore a sequence of individual queries can be created and run, retrieving results later.
Search History is available from the top menu. The page will list all searches you have made. You can see whether the query is complete, view the number of results, and click the show results link to bring up the results table for that query.
Stored queries
Queries are saved in the Stored queries tab.
You can add queries to your Stored queries tab by saving them from the Search screen. To do this, click on the Save query button.
