To create this list requires a second, sub-query, to be used. This is added by clicking on more options > join with a sub-query. The example below, finds all records of any taxa new to County Wexford in 2023. The first part of the query lists all taxa recorded in 2023 (group by). The second part of the query excludes any taxa that had been recorded up to, and including 2022. What you are left with is just the new vice county records. The query can be adapted for different years by changing the year values in both parts of the query.
