If you want to search for blurred records, you can use more options > admin > admin attribute ... blurring : blurred
The same filter also has a sensitive option. Sensitive refers to records that have been flagged specifically at record-level, whereas 'blurred' also includes those that are part of a blurred data-set or a nationally sensitive taxon.
