Data in the DDB is separated into different workspaces. There is the main DDb workspace, and workspaces for records that have come from specific sources: for example, the Recording App, Indicia or the New Year Plant Hunt.

You can filter by records in a particular workspace by using the project workspace field. For example, the query below shows records in Shropshire held in the New Year Plant Hunt 2024 workspace.
If you need to run a query that draws on records both in a specific workspace and in the main workspace, you can use more options > admin > workspace rather than project workspace filter, as the workspace filter includes the option to include the main DDb workspace as well. For example, the query below includes records that are in the main workspace AND in the Recording App workspace.
